MANAGEMENT TEAM

A team comprised of highly professional personnel has been managing the organization. This management team is responsible for developing plans, strategies, managing and implementing different programs & projects. It is a non-profit Govt. registered organization working for development of vulnerable as well as marginalized group of people for over a period of last 12 years since 1999. It has an approved constitution and an elected 7 members governing body headed by Chairman. Governing body is the supreme authority to control overall activities of the organization. Annual General meeting is held regularly while Governing body is elected through the direct vote of General Members for a period of 2 years.

A board of directors led by Executive Director is responsible for managing the organization. There have been five divisions; each headed by a Director specialized in respective sector. They provide guidance and strategic planning in delivering quality outputs and achievement based on vision and mission of the organization. Different divisions are: a) Admin Division b) Finance and Accounts Division c) Road Safety Awareness Division d) Education Division e) Program division & f) Training & Research. Secretary General holds the portfolio of numbers of units which include: a) Management information system, b) Monitoring unit, c) Internal Audit, d) Public relation unit. The organization has developed a number of polices and manuals such as: HR Policy, Child protection policy, Education strategic documents & gender policy.

Gained experiences and performed responsibilities in the areas of: Microfinance, Poverty Elevation, Training, monitoring, evaluation, field extension services, administration, program planning, designing, accounts and budgeting, development, implementation, management; Materials development, communications, resource mobilization and management, Public relation, crisis management, risk reduction and disaster management, partnership development, etc.
 2  Munshi Abdus Salam   Project Manager  BA Hons MA in Public Administration Rajshahi University  23 years of professional working experience on National and International Level organization. Worked under Nobel Prized Winner Organization Grameen Bank and then UNDP as senior level management. He has adequate knowledge on Women’s & Child rights, Mushroom Culture, gender-sensitivities, to strengthen leadership qualities and practicing democratic values in the community, etc.
 3  MD. KAMRUL HOSSAIN  Coordinator Project & Development  MA in Development Management, Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines  Have 24 years professional experience in Project Management, Project Proposal Development, Health and Family Planning, HIV/AIDS, Mother and Child Health Care, Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Experienced in developing and maintaining effective communication and working relationship with GOB counterparts and other development partners
 4  Mrs Sahanara Khatun  Director Admin  BSC (Hons) in Physic University of Calcutta, MSC in MIS Daffodil International University, Dhaka  14 years of professional working experience in Planning, organizing, staffing, mentoring, team building, leadership quality, training/coaching, proposal/report writing, communication, presentation, facilitation, research, analysis, negotiation, process development, Networking and computer skills, IEC materials development news paper articles, features, etc
 5  Uttom Kumar Das  Finance & Accounts Coordinator  B.Com, (Hons) M.Com, in Accounting in 1994 from Rajshahi University  8 years of professional working experience in Internal Audit, Computerized Accounting Systems, Training, Monitoring and Reporting, etc
