GOVERNING STRUCTURE:
GENERAL BODY:
The General Body is the highest body of Eakok. This general body has been formed by membership with Eakok. General Body meets at least once every calendar year. It approves the Annual Report of the Mission and elects the members and the office bearers to the Executive Committee. The General Body also performs other functions as entrusted by this constitution.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:
Executive Committee (EC) of EAKOK is the highest policy making body of Organization. The EC Regularly monitors the activities of the organization and takes policy decisions. There is regular monthly meeting of the EC, which reviews the activities, make plans, analyzes process report and take decisions on issues confirming the organization. The Executive Committee of Eakok is elected by the members of General Body for the period of 2 (two) years. It consists of 07 members. A Chairman heads the committee. Other members of the committee are Vice-Chairman (One), Secretary General (One), Finance Director (One) and Directors (Three). The committee meets at least six times a year and performs such functions as entrusted to it by this constitution.
