Brief Overview of the Project

Eakok provided training for the teacher aged between 20 to 30 the training program on basic education for hard to reach urban working children (2nd stage)” Organization started this program from 2008 in Dhaka district.  The management of Non formal Education Bureau, Participants and all other stakeholder were highly satisfied and appreciated to attend our well-equipped Training Program.  A team comprising highly professionals and skilled personnel managed this sector. This team was responsible for developing the plan of actions, strategies, training manual and policies etc. for smooth implementation the programs.

The objective of the “Training Program on Basic Education for Hard to Reach Urban Working Children (2nd Stage)” is to provide access to non-formal basic education for disadvantaged working children in urban areas who are deprived of formal schooling, enabling them to acquire essential literacy, numeracy, and life skills. The program aims to create a supportive learning environment that accommodates their work schedules, reduces their vulnerability to exploitation, and enhances their opportunities for personal development, future education, and improved livelihoods.
