Goal of This Program:

To ensure sustainable access to safe and clean drinking water for indigenous communities in Natore District, thereby reducing waterborne diseases, improving public health, and enhancing the quality of life—especially for women and children—through reliable water supply systems, community-based management, and increased awareness of hygiene and water conservation practices.

Objectives of This Program:

  • Ensure access to safe and clean drinking water for indigenous communities in Natore District by establishing and expanding reliable water sources.
  • Reduce waterborne diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery, and other illnesses through the provision of safe drinking water.
  • Raise awareness among indigenous people about water conservation, hygiene practices, and simple water purification methods.
  • Promote sustainable water management through community participation in the operation and maintenance of water facilities.
  • Improve the quality of life for women and children by reducing the time and labor required to collect water, enabling greater opportunities for education and income generation.
